Godfrey<\/strong>&nbsp;is a multi-instrumentalist in Calgary (Treaty 7). Nathan plays an eclectic swath of styles including old-time, ragtime, cowboy, blues, tango and jazz on the guitar,&nbsp;banjo, mandolin and banjolin. He\u2019s performed solo and as a sideman on stages throughout North America, the UK, Ireland, Sweden, and Argentina, with the likes of Petunia (of Petunia and the&nbsp;Vipers), Tomi Fujiyama, John Cohen (of the New Lost City Ramblers), Fandango, the old-time duo \u201cGodfrey and Tod\u201d and&nbsp;the Jeremy Gignoux acoustic ensemble. Nathan\u2019s solo debut album,&nbsp;<em>Old Time Metropolis<\/em>, was recorded in Buenos Aires with a selection of local musicians adding accordion, tuba, washboard, fiddle and more. At the Mob Cafe on August 6th Nathan will be joined by Keith Rodger on bass, banjo and mandolin, and Wayne Garrett on 6-string guitar and pedal steel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Performers Nathan M.
