Lush Vocal Jazz pulls from the books of Manhattan Transfer, New York Voices, The Hi-Lo’s, and other notable arrangers. The seed for Lush Vocal Jazz was planted in the months before the pandemic, forcing the brakes on, but giving them ample time to write their own arrangements in anticipation of regrouping. With their first show in April 2023 headlining at Jazz YYC’s Jazz Festival, Lush has since added to their repertoire and look forward to presenting their new arrangements.
