If the instructor’s schedule does not permit it, or if insufficient notice is given, the instructor is under no obligation to make up the lesson

Lengthy absences for medical reasons will be considered for refund upon receipt of a written request with a doctor’s certificate

Withdrawal policy

Private Lessons

If a student formally withdraws from private lessons before the fourth scheduled lesson, a tuition refund will be issued less a $25 processing fee and the cost of the four lessons.

Instructors may initiate withdrawals at any time. In such cases, students will receive an appropriate refund
